The name Sunners refers to the sunny side of housekeeping. It represents the professional team of property facilitators, as well as the property owners who enjoy the sun and the bright side of life. An catchy and familiar name that implicates peace of mind, comfort and contentment.
To create the sunny side of our logo we played with light and shadow, using two rectangular shapes for home and one circle for the sun. On the one hand, we have the lightness of summer and on the other, the solidity of the summer villas and of the top quality services of the company. While the summer sun casts its rays on the white houses of Sifnos, our logo is being implied as a negative space.
The colors used are the Aegean blue and the Cycladic white that highlight the Greek character of the project.
For the brand identity we used white hot foil stamping for the business cards and the envelopes on special blue paper. The letterhead is printed on a silky white paper using the color blue.
Three small villages built in an amphitheatrical way, typical of Sifnos, designed with simple lines and shapes, using the brand colors.
For the production of a low-cost leaflet, we designed a monochromatic 3-fold brochure in Greek and in English, using the illustrations of the visual language and the brand fonts.
We have created a bilingual, responsive and easy-to-navigate website. Minimal, simple and user-friendly, it portrays all the necessary customer service information at a glance. For the design we used the brand fonts and colors, while on the homepage we used fuchsia -the secondary color of the brand- for the mouseover responsive buttons and hyperlinks.
