VAYRA Booklet
VAYRA is a luxury private villa in northeastern Corfu, built high on a hillside with panoramic views of the Ionian Sea. As part of VAYRA’s overall identity, we designed the Welcome Guide that accompanies guests throughout their stay.

VAYRA’s Welcome Guide was designed as a mix of coffee table book and practical stay guide. Closed, it’s a refined box with a magnetic closure, its brown cover finished in rose-gold foil that highlights the logo and the booklet’s title. Open, it reveals everything a guest might need, organised into themed sections with photography, dividers and QR codes.
The ring binding is intentional. It allows pages to be added, removed or replaced as the villa’s needs evolve.
Inside, the villa’s architectural drawings were adapted to VAYRA’s colour palette and brand guidelines, accompanied by specially designed legend maps. The result is a stay guide guests want to hold in their hands, not just consult.
The Welcome Guide is one of the applications of VAYRA’s overall identity, one that starts with the name and the logo and reaches all the way to the actions carried out in the villa’s physical space. See VAYRA’s full brand development.
